Shipping Policies

USPS Flat Rate Shipping on U.S. Orders

At this time order processing is taking 3-5 business days for in stock items, this does not include ship time.  Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped. 

All custom items take 1-3 weeks. We are invested in the integrity of our designs, so please be patient with custom designs.

Local Pick up

We are not currently offering local pick up at this time.

Lost Packages & Refunds

Leia Marie Mahina cannot accept responsibility for stolen or lost packages with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. All packages are sent with tracking and insurance, you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. 

REFUNDS

Our handmade custom order pieces  are not eligible for returns unless defective. In this case, we can evaluate in order to do a repair.  Please document quickly, and extensively with photographs so we can assess the damage for repairs.  These claims will be accepted within 4 days of package arrival.

All other pieces will be eligible for refunds on a case by case evaluation.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please reach out with any concerns or adjustments we can make.  Each piece and case is individual and different from any other.
